Supermodel Reacts after Trump Pulls Off Major Move against Dr. Fauci

Former NASCAR driver and current supermodel Danica Patrick recently expressed her approval regarding President Donald Trump’s decision to revoke Dr. Anthony Fauci’s security detail. Last week, Patrick took to social media to share a quote from Trump concerning this development, commending the action. Dr. Fauci had been provided with personal security by the National Institute of Health (NIH) in 2020 due to his significant role during the pandemic.

Known for her increasingly conservative viewpoints, Patrick responded to the news on her Instagram story with a straightforward, “Damn right.” During a press conference in Western North Carolina, Trump addressed the decision to remove Fauci’s security, asserting that public servants are not entitled to a lifetime of taxpayer-funded protection simply for being government employees. He also mentioned that similar actions had been taken regarding the security details of others.

When a reporter inquired about the termination of Fauci’s security detail at the North Carolina press conference, Trump replied, “I think you know, when you work for government … at some point, your security detail comes off, and you know, you can’t have them forever.” He further stated, “So I think it’s very standard; if it were for somebody else, you wouldn’t be asking the question.” Trump emphasized that while the inquiry was valid, it is customary for government employees to lose their security detail after a certain period, noting that others had also had their security removed.

Importantly, Trump indicated that he does not feel accountable if Dr. Fauci were to face any harm, asserting that Fauci possesses sufficient resources to arrange his own security. Following the Trump administration’s decision, reports suggest that Fauci has engaged private security services. “They all made a lot of money. They can hire their own security too. All the people you’re talking about, they can go out; I can give them some good numbers of very good security.”

In early November, The American Tribune covered remarks made by Patrick during a Trump rally, where she expressed her views on Former Vice President Kamala Harris in a succinct manner. Patrick emphasized that the upcoming election transcends a mere Republican versus Democrat dichotomy, framing it instead as a battle of “good versus evil.”

“I aspire to live in a nation where I can openly declare my love for this country. This is not a political statement. I wish to wear a t-shirt that proclaims I am a proud American, without it implying a political allegiance to the Republican Party,” she articulated to the audience. “As a child, I donned a stylish leather jacket adorned with an American flag on the back and ‘USA’ on the sleeve. Surely, someone else has experienced that? If I were to wear that today, it would be perceived as a political statement. Why has this become the case? Why can’t it simply represent being an American?”

“We are not in an era defined by Republican and Democrat; we are in a struggle between good and evil, between right and wrong. I wish to align myself with the right side of history, as the decision we face in electing Donald Trump is the most significant one of our lives,” she asserted, underscoring the critical nature of the 2024 election for the future of America.
